Looking towards 2012

Hi again.

It has already been a month since our last communication with you and we are glad to announce a superb month of November in terms of sales.

The only downside has been the drop on number of leads since the end of October which obviously has a lot to do with the Global climate, Christmas Time coming on and the International expectations for 2012.

We can provide you with some good news for 2012 for those thinking on purchasing a property in Spain:

New Government (People´s Party) has been elected with a total majority and will commence their goverment mandate since the 23rd of December, though they are already making decissions which will affect holiday buyers and investors positively.

Some of these new decisions will affect banks, making them clean their assets, reducing prices and offering great mortgage conditions.

The Central European Bank will help and support the spanish economy, providing enough strength to our banking system,

Property prices will remain low and maybe even lower for 2012 and 2013 until reaching 2014 when the financial and property experts expect a push up,

Investors (who have purchased properties) during these last years (between 2009 and 2013) will see their investments pay back turned into reality,

On another basis, the new main private investments are being carried out and we can expect a great new and up and coming market for the Murcia region (Costa Calida) with the New Corvera International Airport and the New Paramount Theme Park expected to be open for 2014-2015.
